If your email client uses IMAP to view your email, then your email client will have all the information necessary for registering with SaneBox. You will need: an IMAP server URL, username, password.
Below are links for how to find these items in each of the major email clients. If your email client is not listed here, please create a Support request and we will be happy to help you find it.
Active Sync - If your email server uses Active Sync, you will not need to follow these instructions. You can simply enter in your email address and SaneBox will do the rest!
Exchange - If your are using Exchange , then log into your Exchange Outlook Web Mail. After logging in copy and paste the URL in your browser to the SaneBox registration field for email server.
