Why am I receiving this error?

Your host’s Exchange type server, that we connect to via the IMAP email server language, (our default), may send these type of error emails. They get sent to you when a Microsoft Exchange based email server encounters an email folder with a character in the name that Exchange’s IMAP system doesn’t like.

In these cases, the folder with the questionable name can end up being invisible to them for certain purposes, and that causes the error condition.
Resolutions:
- Please rename these folders to resolve the issue.
- If that doesn’t work, please reach out to us via support@sanebox.com and we can switch which protocol we use to communicate with your hosting server.
