How Do I Change My Subscription?

You can upgrade or downgrade and make changes to your subscription at any time.

  • From your main Dashboard view, click on “Billing” in the side nav. You can also select your subscription to access your billing page.

  • Select “ Change” to be taken to your subscription options.

You will have the option of choosing the subscription type: ( Snack, Lunch, or Dinner ) and what term length: ( Monthly, Yearly, or Bi-Yearly ).

Here you will see that I have chosen to change to “ Yearly Dinner”, but you can choose any combination of subscription level and term length that best suites your needs.

  • Select your payment method next. If you paid via credit card previously, you will see that on file, or you can choose an alternative method as seen below.

Notice: Right above the “Buy Now” button, you will see an overview of what you will be charged today and what you will be charged in the future.

  • That’s it. Here’s an example view, showing a subscription confirmation.

Notes

  • Proration of your existing subscription occurs during any subscription change. So your existing account value will always be applied to your new subscription selection.

  • If you have a remaining account credit at the end of a subscription change and you would like us to convert that to additional subscription time or a refund to your original payment source - please contact us: support@sanebox.com
