- Occasionally SaneBox needs to perform maintenance to make sure that our servers continue to run smoothly.
- Other times, we need to release new features to make SaneBox better than ever.
Here’s what the message looks like
If you see a message like the one shown above, we would recommend logging out of your account for 15 minutes and then logging back in.
Note: During extensive releases of updates to our SaneBox systems, it could take up to an hour (in these more rare cases) before you are able to login to your SaneBox Dashboard again.
