If you create a SaneReminder for an email that is extremely large in size (many MBs), you may receive a bounced email alert from our SaneBox email server.

If you created a SaneReminder in the “TO”, “CC” or “BCC” field for an extremely large message and received a bounced email alert, this doesn’t mean that the Reminder didn’t get created.
- As long as the email is still in your Sent folder, SaneBox will create the Reminder regardless of whether SaneBox actually received the message.
- The only time a SaneReminder may not get created is when you BCC a SaneReminder address using the Gmail SMTP server and send a really big file.
- And the reason the email bounces is clearly mentioned in the bounce report.
