Where is my SaneReminders folder?
This is most likely caused because your sent mail is not being stored on your email server as expected by SaneBox systems. Or instead, it could be that it’s being stored locally on your personal computer.
If SaneBox is unable to see your sent emails, @SaneReminders is unable to function. In fact, even SaneBox AI itself is not working optimally in this situation.

Tip: Sending a test message from your webmail interface for your email account, and then looking for that sent item in your email client apps on desktop and/or mobile after, can help with verifying the email folder name your host uses for your sent folder.
