You may notice that an email is both in your Inbox and SaneLater and wonder why. This is a Gmail specific problem that has to do with their conversations feature.
When you have conversations turned on and there are many emails in the conversation, some parts of the conversation can be in both your Inbox and SaneLater based on the different people the emails are coming from and their previous trainings.
- You can either ignore the appearance of the conversation email in both folders or you can take control by turning off conversations in Gmail under your Settings page.
