What do I do after I am done reading a Sane email?

You can and should either: archive, delete, or file any mail you find in a Sane folder - once you are done with it.

Remember, the theoretical goal is to have an Inbox of zero. So removing the emails from your Inbox (or any other Sane folder) once you are done with them - will help you get there.
