Archive in Gmail simply means having all labels removed except for All Mail.
Normally, you hit Archive to get rid of emails in your Inbox that you’ve finished with, which means you’ve removed the Inbox label. To get the same result when in SaneLater or another Sane folder, click the Remove label button (or Y if you use Gmail keyboard shortcuts).
