Why is SaneBox email ending up in my Spam folder?

If messages from SaneBox such as your Daily Digest and the Activity Report are going to your spam folder, you most likely have a sensitive spam filter.

In order to correct this, add the following email addresses to your address book and/or spam white list. This will ensure that our emails will no longer go into your spam folder.

message-digest@sanebox.com
password-reset@sanebox.com
support@sanebox.com
reports@sanebox.com

If you continue to have this problem, please create a Support request so we can look into it further.
