Exchange via iPhone: I can't see my Sane folders on my iPhone

The way to fix this is simple. You need to make sure you have subscribed to your Sane folders.

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings

  2. Tap on Passwords & Accounts

  3. Tap on Fetch New Data

  4. Tap to turn on Push if you would like to have data pushed to your iPhone from the server when possible

  5. Tap to select the account (such as Exchange)

  6. Select whether to Push or Fetch (Fetch is used if Push is turned off or for applications that do not support Push)

  7. Scroll to the bottom and select how frequently to fetch new data
