If you cannot see your new Sane folders in Outlook after sign up, you may need to subscribe to the folder.
You can do this in Outlook by following these steps:
- Click on Tools , then IMAP Folders.
- Click the Query button.
- Select the folder you wish to subscribe to and click the Subscribe button, click OK.
Your newly subscribed folders should now appear in the folder list for your email account.
