Sometimes SaneBox can't decide if new contacts are important to you or not. So when you talk to someone new (say at a conference), tell them to add your SaneVIP keyword to their email subject line. You can even put it on your business cards. Then, SaneBox will make sure that emails with this designated code word will be treated and processed as Inbox-worthy.
Here's a screenshare example showing the location of this feature in your SaneBox dashboard.
This dashboard snippet shows an example of a SaneVIP subject line keyword, URGENT that you could create and instruct senders to use in order to ensure Inbox worthy status for a particular mailing.
Some examples of SaneVIP code creations we've seen include: !rush, *VIP, #Bob, or #Leads. We're excited to offer you this additional tool that can give you more precise control of your email world.
