By default, emails from Unknown Contacts go into SaneLater, which most of our customers prefer.
However, if you're in Sales or Marketing or you get important emails from Unknown Contacts that need to be dealt with immediately, you should select to have email from Unknown Contacts arrive and stay in the Inbox instead. To do this, just change your SaneBox Advanced Setting to "Allow Interruptions from Strangers" here

Changes to your SaneBox Intelligence Settings only affect new inbound email after you set it. So, we don't retroactively go back into your email history and move your mail around.
We report on all new unread SaneLater emails in your Daily Digest. Review it from time to time or visit your SaneLater or other active Sane folders right in your email software where you normally read your mail.
