Turning off subscription auto-renewal is simple. Our team of engineers have that option built right in for you. So from your SaneBox site menu, just look under the Settings section to visit the Billing segment of your SaneBox Dashboard.
You will be able to turn auto-renew on or off using the Turn off/on auto-renew link.
Important Note
Turning off auto renew will remove your payment details from your billing page. This means that when it is time for your subscription to renew, you’ll need to log into your SaneBox account and update us with your payment details to keep your subscription active.
