Important note about Amazon Subscription customers
If you signed up using Amazon Digital Subscription, please make sure to cancel your subscription through Amazon first to avoid continually being charged for your subscription.

Cancelling Your SaneBox Account
1. Login to your SaneBox account via: www.sanebox.com/login
Note: For Gmail/Yahoo/Aol/Outlook users, you will be asked to authenticate instead of entering your password.
2. Select "Cancel Account" Link on the main page of your Dashboard.
3. You will be asked why you have decided that SaneBox is not a good fit. Please select a reason and you'll be taken to the next screen.
4. Choose whether you want to keep/remove your sane folders.
Note: If you want to keep your folders, simply uncheck this box. We will securely delete any account details we have but leave your sane folders alone.
Keep in mind that at any point (including during cancellation) your email never leaves your mail server.
