How can I change/update my email address, username/password, provider or server settings?

You can update all of your email account details on the Account Settings tab located in your SaneBox dashboard

 

Make sure you are logged into the account you want to make updates to. Here is a look at how to switch between accounts and ensure you're looking at the account settings for the correct email account.

Account Migration

To close your current email address and migrate your SaneBox trainings into your new email address, visit your Account Settings tab and follow the red path in the picture below. You will be prompted to enter your new email address.

 

Username Update

If your email username has changed, visit your Account Settings tab and follow the blue path in the picture below. You will be prompted to enter your new email username and confirm your email password. 

 

Password Update

To update SaneBox with your new email password, visit your Account Settings tab and follow the green path in the picture below.

 

Server Update (Did you switch service providers?)

To keep the same email address but simply update the server settings, visit your Account Settings tab and follow the orange path in the picture below. 

    • If you're switching your provider to Google Apps, click on the "I use Google Apps" link
    • If you're switching your provider to Office 365, click on the "I use Office 365" link
    • If you're switching your provider to IBM Notes, click on the "I use IBM SmartCloud Notes" link
    • If you're switching your provider to Yahoo! Business, click on the "I use Yahoo! Business Email"
    • For all other email hosts/providers, enter your new server settings. If you are unsure what your server settings are, here are step-by-step instructions on how to obtain those details
