How do I change/update my email address, provider or server settings?

You can update your current email settings and/or migrate your trainings into a new email account by visiting the "Advanced Settings" section located at the bottom of your SaneBox settings page: www.sanebox.com.settings
Make sure you are logged into the account you want to make updates to. Here is a look at how to switch between accounts and ensure you're looking at the account settings for the correct email account.
Once inside your Advanced Settings, make sure to click the "edit" link which will direct you to the following page:
Option A- Server Update
To keep the same email address but simply update the server settings, click on option #1 "I am continuing to use the same email address" You will then be directed to the page below:
If you're switching your provider to Google Apps, click on the "I use Google Apps" link
If you're switching your provider to Yahoo! Business, click on the "I use Yahoo! Business Email"
For all other email hosts/providers, enter your new server settings. If you are unsure what your server settings are, here are step-by-step instructions on how to obtain those details
Option B- Migrate
To close your current email address and migrate your SaneBox trainings into your new email address, click on option #2 "I am using a new email address" which will direct you to the account migration page in which you will enter your new email address to migrate your SaneBox trainings and settings to.
Option C- Password Update
To simply update your SaneBox password, click on "I just want to change my password"
